Crystal’s Massage & Bodyworks is a wellness-focused business offering massage therapy alongside holistic products, including THC tinctures and natural supplements. I worked with the brand to refine its visual identity and create cohesive, elevated packaging and in-shop materials.

The goal was to align the brand’s physical presence with the quality of its services creating a more professional, trustworthy, and visually consistent experience.

The Problem 

The business had strong offerings but lacked:

  • cohesive product packaging

  • polished in-shop materials

This created a disconnect between the quality of the services and how the brand was perceived visually.
