Ferrandino & Son
Case Study

Ferrandino & Son is a national facility maintenance company serving large-scale commercial clients across the U.S. I was responsible for elevating the company’s visual presence across trade shows, client presentations, and marketing materials to better communicate value, professionalism, and scale.

The goal was to create a more cohesive and compelling brand experience that would convert prospective clients into long-term partnerships.

The Problem

Ferrandino & Son needed a stronger visual presence to support:

  • Trade show engagement

  • Sales presentations with prospective clients

  • Clear communication of services and past work

Existing materials lacked consistency and did not fully reflect the scale or quality of the company’s work, making it harder for the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Strategy

I approached this by focusing on high-impact, client-facing materials that would directly support the sales process.

Key Initiatives:

  • Designed custom client presentation binders showcasing past and current work

  • Developed large-scale trade show graphics to increase booth visibility and engagement

  • Created monthly branded newsletters to maintain client relationships

  • Ensured consistent brand identity across all materials while allowing for visual variation where appropriate

The focus was not just design, but how design supports conversion and client trust.

Takeaway

This project demonstrates the impact of strategic design in a B2B environment. By focusing on how materials are used, not just how they look, I was able to directly support business growth and improve client acquisition.
